Founded in 1987, Weinianan University began as a small arts college with a vision to preserve and advance the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic. Over the decades, it has grown into a comprehensive research university serving over 8,000 students from 45 countries.
Established as the Weinianan College of Fine Arts with 120 students.
Granted full university status and expanded to include technology and business programs.
Opened 5 new research centers and established international partnerships.
Launched online learning platform and AI research laboratory.
